Just noticed this email, so forgive my late reply.
The top script is paleo-hebrew, the middle biblical hebrew and the bottom estrangela armaic, the script the peshitta was preserved in.
I believe Y'shua spoke eastern Aramaic, very close it, if not the actual, dialect preserved in the peshitta text.
