My browser shows me that I am "locked" in the icons "New Post" and "Forum".
Could you please tell me what these symbols actually mean?

I am using the MS Explorer browser. And posting a new thread is not a problem for me. But the "locked" icons remain. Anyway, just disregard my curiosity.
