If I understood Juckel's transcription right, it follows the Gwilliams-text in all of your teststellen except these two:
1. Ephesians 1:15 where it omits ܟܠܗܘܢ with the western family, and
2. 2 Thessalonians 3:18 where it includes ܐܚܝ with the Eastern family.

So, it is not a Peshitta manuscript then, but rather, a Western version of its text. A Peshitto version.
