hi in greek the word for apostle is masculine. What is the case for the word in aramaic ?

It is 'shliho', and it is male gender.
I think it's Shlikha in the Eastern Syriac dialect.

Not necessarily. The standard word for "apostle" is simply grammatically masculine by default, not inherently masculine.

Conceivably it could be inflected in the feminine form, or used to describe female individuals (as all it means is "sent one"). There wouldn't be anything really preventing it.
