The Eastern Peshitta Text, does not seem to have ever had those words...so they were not deleted, just never were there. They seem to have been added into the edited Aramaic New Testament...The Western Peshitto Text, via the Greek.

.
I second what Thirdwoe claims. The Eastern PeshittA, in which the Greek texts are mere translations of, never had these verses, much less any of the other additions the Greek where so happy to add at whim over the years. When the Western PeshittO was made (during the 5th century) they use the Eastern Aramaic Text as a base text and then added what the Greek's added up to that point. Then as time went on the Western PeshittO continued to add stuff as the Greek translation did, such as the story of the woman caught in adultery in which was not added unto any translations until the 9th century. Actually many of the additional verses were not within the first-off Western PeshittO translations. It was actually closer to the original Eastern PeshittA Text than it it has held to today.
