First of all, congratulations for the new look! (However, I think that the "content" is the more important, and that has been great all the time).
I was trying to log in and I received an error message (I can see that I'm not the only one...) I suppose it's a matter of some "fine tunning" in the new configuration. I posted something as "guest" anyway...

Once you register, you will receive an email which contains a link. You must visit that link before your account is activated.

Then, you should be able to Log In.
