In the targum for Tehillim, chapter 22, has anyone not noticed that verse 2 is missing from the pdf <!-- s:onfire: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/onfire.gif" alt=":onfire:" title="On Fire" /><!-- s:onfire: --> ?????
It appears that it's not only a problem with 22, the problem exists in every Psalm with header text: chapters 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70, 75, 76, 77, 80, 81, 83, 84, 85, 88, 89, 92, 102, 108, 140, and 142. Presumably, all of these have problems in the PDF due to the varying verse enumeration between Christian and Hebrew traditions and how they were put together; it's probable that all of these chapters have missing verse 2 (and 3 for 51, 52, 54, and 60). The PDF shows only verse 1 according to the Hebrew tradition for these chapters (though verse 1 for the Christian tradition includes extra verse[s] according to the Hebrew tradition).
What's funny in 22, [and I haven't checked any others yet, new to Aramaic] is that the Hebrew and Aramaic are not there for verse 2, but the English is...the Hebrew text does have verse 2, at least every version I'm familiar with.
Here's other errors I found:
  • The Masoretic text of Joshua 21:36-43 should be shifted down 2 verses since Joshua 21:36-38 according to Aramaic and Christian traditions are not in the Masoretic text (Or a faithful reconstruction of the 2 verses in Hebrew can be inserted here).
  • The last verse is missing in Ruth, Song of Songs, and Esther.
  • None of the books list the last verse in Aramaic.
  • Jeremiah, Joel, Nahum, and Jonah have an extra blank page at the end.
