I've fallen upon a site which has a collection of Syriac Manuscript fragments in high resolution, and which permits use under "All images are licensed for free use under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported Access Rights"
Many of the manuscripts seem to be in an East Syriac-Aramaic hand.
