Shlama,
Is this what i think it is:
Romans 9:4
Who are Israelites; to whom [pertaineth] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service [of God], and the promises;
(KJV)
Texts reading this way: Sinaiticus / Ephraemi / and the majority of others
The subtle variant appears as: ???covenant??? instead of the plural of the above.
Texts reading this way: Vaticanus / Bezae / Boernerianus / and a few others
Here the Peshitta resolves the Greek plural/singular textual variant in that the word for ???covenant,??? 0myq -- is spelled the same whether in the singular or the plural, and is correctly vocalized in the Peshitta in this instance as plural, as there were indeed multiple covenants entered-into with Israel - not just one.
